SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Considering my remote location, I travel to my local town of Geeveston once, sometimes twice a week to post out any orders. 

Each item in my store states its own shipping policy. For example; stickers are sent untracked in a standard envelope. Earrings will be sent once they have been made - making, polishing & sealing can take up to 1 week. These will be sent free of charge and with tracking. Please see the description of each item to understand the specific shipping policy.​

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

Customers are the lifeblood of a small business.

Without you, I simply wouldn't exist.

If you believe the item is faulty, please send me an email: savetassiewildlife@gmail.com

I will happily issue you a full refund or exchange for the item within 30 days of the original purchase. 

Outside of this time, refunds/exchanges will be assessed on a case by case basis.

Posting the item back to me is at your expense. If an exchange is requested, I will foot the bill of posting the exchange back to you.

I feel this is a fair way of meeting my customers halfway & gives you peace of mind.
